Appy Innovate

Privacy Policy

Our main service is designed to assist companies/individuals in managing some of their business operations, such as sales and purchases, including online sales. Users can search within the application, which connects to a store/database/files on the internet, for specific products, add them to the cart, pay for them, and request shipping if desired.

This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information through our programs/websites, SMS messages, application programming interfaces (APIs), email notifications, applications, software, buttons, advertisements, commerce services, and other services covered and associated with this policy, generally referred to as “Services,” and from our partners and other parties. For example, you provide us with information when using our services on the web, via SMS, or from a program/application we have created on devices. By using any of our services, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your information as outlined in this privacy policy. This includes any information you choose to provide that is considered sensitive under applicable law.

When this policy refers to “we” or “us,” it refers to your information controller under this policy. Your information is controlled by the “First Party.” However, you alone control the content you provide through the services, as stipulated in the terms of service and the rules of the “First Party.”

Regardless of the country you reside in, you authorize us to transfer, store, and use your information in any country where we operate. In some of these countries, privacy and data protection laws and regulations, including the timing of government access to data, may differ from those in the country where you reside.

If you have any questions or comments about this privacy policy, please submit a request through our form, available on “First Party” websites/applications.

Collection and Use of Information

We collect and use your information to provide, understand, and improve our services.

Basic Account Information: If you choose to create an account with the “First Party,” you must provide us with some personal information, such as your name, username, password, email address, or phone number. On a “First Party” application/program, your name and username are publicly listed, including on your profile page and in search results, and you can use either your real name or a pseudonym. You can create and manage multiple accounts with the “First Party.” If you use “First Party” applications, your contact information provided for logging in is not publicly visible. Some of our product features, such as searching and viewing public user profiles or watching streams on “First Party” services, do not require you to create an account.

Database Rules, Excel Files, and other Files and Documents of the “Second Party”: We may need to fix a problem in our software or add a feature to our software, access or copy client databases, files, whether electronic or tangible. Thus, unless we have signed a specific contract with the client prohibiting it, we have the right to access or copy them implicitly or explicitly and keep them for examination and correction operations and what we deem appropriate for our business.

Contact Information: You may use your contact information, such as email address or phone number, to customize your account or enable certain account features, such as login verification or “First Party” applications via SMS or otherwise. If you provide us with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages to this number from us. We may use your contact information to send information about our services, market them, assist in preventing unwanted messages, fraud, or misuse, and help others find your account, including through third-party services and client applications. You can use available settings to control the notifications you receive from “First Party” applications. Your privacy settings control whether others can find you on “First Party” applications by your email address, phone number, or other means.

Additional Information: You may choose to provide us with additional information to help improve and customize your experience across our services. For example, you can choose to upload and synchronize your address book so that we can assist you in finding users you know or communicating with them, or helping other users find and communicate with you. We may later adapt the content, such as providing suggestions or displaying user accounts and messages to you and other users, based on imported address book contacts. If you contact us via email, we may retain your message, email address, and contact information to respond to your request. If you link your account on our services to your account on another service to share between our services and this service, the other service may send us your registration or identification information on this service and other information you have consented to. This information enables us to share it among them, helps us improve services, and may be retained by us.

Messages, Follow-ups, Lists, Profile, and Other Public Information: First-party applications are primarily designed to help you exchange information with the world, automate processes, and accelerate business electronically. Most of the information you provide to us through first-party services is information you request us to disclose to the public. You can provide us with personal information to make the public on first-party services, such as a short biography, your location, your website, date of birth, or a photo. In addition, your public information includes messages you send; descriptive data provided with them, such as when sending and the client application you are accustomed to sending; information about your account, such as creation time, language, country, and time zone; and lists you create and people you follow. The first party broadly and instantly publishes public information to a wide range of users and clients, including search engines, developers, and publishers that work to integrate first-party content into their services, as well as organizations such as universities, public health agencies, and market research companies that analyze information about trends and insights. When sharing information or content such as images and videos and links across services, you should carefully consider what you advertise publicly. We may use this information to make inferences, such as topics you may be interested in. Our default is almost always to make the information you provide through services clear to the public unless you delete it. For some profile information fields, we provide you with visibility level settings to determine who can view this information in your profile. If you provide us with profile information and do not see visibility level settings, this information is public.

Direct Messages and Non-Public Communications: We offer some features that allow you to communicate more privately. For example, you can use direct messages to have private conversations with other users of first-party programs. When communicating privately with others through our services, such as sending and receiving direct messages, we will store and process your communications and related information. Please note that if you interact with shared first-party content with you via direct message, such as liking a shared message via direct message, those interactions may be public. While features like direct messages are intended to be private, please remember that recipients may copy, store, and reshare your private communication content.

Location Information: We may receive information about your location. For example, you can choose to publish your location in your messages and in your first-party profile. You can also inform us of your location when setting your direction location on first-party programs. We may also determine your location using other data from your device, such as precise location information from the Global Positioning System (GPS), information about wireless networks or mobile towers near your mobile device, or your network address. We may use information about your location and store it to provide special features in our services, such as messaging with your location, improving and customizing services, for example, with more relevant content such as trends, stories, advertisements, and local suggestions for people.

Links: We may track how you interact with links across our services, including email notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our services, provide more relevant advertisements, and to be able to share aggregated click statistics such as the number of times a specific link was clicked. Links, messages, and non-public communications such as shared direct messages on services and link shortening will be processed.

Cookies: Many websites and applications use cookies and similar technologies to collect additional data about website usage and improve our services. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your device. We may use session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our services, monitor overall usage by users, direct web traffic to our services, and customize and improve our services. Although most web browsers accept cookies automatically, some browser settings can be modified to reject cookies or alert you when a website attempts to place a cookie on your computer. However, some services may not work properly if you disable cookies.

Using Our Services: We receive information from you/about you when interacting with our services, even if you haven’t created an account (“log data”). For example, when visiting our websites or logging into our services or interacting with email notifications or using your account to authenticate a third-party website, application, or service, including visiting a third-party website, application, or service that includes a first-party button or command, you may receive information about you. This log data may include network address, browser type, operating system, referrer page, pages visited, mobile network operator, device information (including device identification numbers and applications), search queries, and cookie information. We also receive log data when clicking on something or interacting with links on our services, including links to third-party applications, such as when selecting to install another application through first-party applications/networks. We use log data to make inferences, such as topics you may be interested in, and customize the content we display to you, including advertisements. We maintain log data as needed for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. First-party may access to “third-party” programs if necessary for either party, and may view, perform maintenance, update, or modify the programs.

Widget Data: We may customize services for you based on your visits to third-party websites that integrate first-party buttons or tools. When these sites first load our buttons or tools for display, we receive log data that includes the web page you visited and the cookie that identifies your browser (“widget data”).

Commerce Services: You can provide payment information, including credit or debit card number, expiration date, CVV, and other payment methods, along with billing address referred to as “Payment Information,” along with the shipping address, to complete transactions through our services. To facilitate future purchases, we store payment information (excluding the card’s CVV) and shipping address. We consider payment information and shipping address private and do not make this information public. To facilitate order fulfillment, we collect and store information generated by purchase transactions made through our services, referred to as “Transaction Data.” Transaction data may include the merchant’s name, transaction date, time, and value.

Advertising: Our services are supported by advertisements. We may use the information outlined in this privacy policy to help make our ads more relevant to you and to measure their effectiveness. We may also use this information to recognize your devices for displaying or stopping ads on first-party platforms. For example, when interacting with content in a first-party app on certain devices, we may display content, including ads, about the same topics when using the first-party app on the web. We do not use content you share privately in direct messages to display ads. Additionally, our first-party advertising policy prohibits advertisers from targeting ads based on sensitive categories such as race, religion, politics, sexual orientation, or health. We reserve the right to place our data and logos to indicate that we created the program/website/application or placed our own ads to increase our sales. We may also include the name of the “third party” in our ads as one of our clients. First-party advertising also allows us to place advertisements in print, program, and related materials as we deem appropriate.

Third Parties and Affiliated Companies: We may receive information about you from third parties, such as other first-party users, partners (including advertising partners), or affiliated companies. For example, other users may share information about you, such as when they tag you in a photo. Privacy settings control who can tag you in photos. Advertising partners and affiliated companies may share information with us, such as browser cookie identifiers, mobile device identifiers, or hashed account IDs (such as email addresses), as well as demographic data, interests, displayed content, or actions taken on a website or app. Our advertising partners, especially advertisers, may allow us to collect similar information directly from their website or app through ad integration.

Information Sharing and Disclosure: We do not disclose your personal information except in limited circumstances described here.

User Consent or Direction: We may share or disclose your information in your direction, such as when authorizing a third-party web or web application client to access your account or when directing us to share your comments with a business activity. When using first-party apps to register or log in to a third-party app, the app may exchange your contact information, such as your phone number. If you have shared information, such as direct messages or protected messages, with another user accessing first-party programs through a third-party service, consider that information may be shared with the third-party service.

Service Providers: We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us in several countries. For example, we use a variety of third-party services to assist in providing our services, such as hosting our various blogs and wiki pages and helping us understand and improve the use of our services, such as Google Analytics. We may share your personal information with service providers subject to commitments consistent with this privacy policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. We share your payment information with payment service providers to process payments, prevent and detect fraud or other prohibited activities, facilitate dispute resolution (including payment and shipping-related disputes), and assist in preventing, detecting, and investigating.

Commercial Transactions: If you make a payment as part of a commercial transaction through our services, we may provide the seller, merchant, market, or charitable organization with your name, email address, shipping address, payment information, and transaction data to facilitate payment processing, order fulfillment, dispute resolution (including payment and shipping-related disputes), and assist in preventing, detecting, and investigating fraud or other prohibited activities. Please refer to the privacy policies of these third parties for information on privacy practices.

Law and Harm: Regardless of anything that contradicts this privacy policy, we may retain or disclose your information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with the law, regulations, legal proceedings, or government requests; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect our rights, users’ rights, or our property. However, nothing in this privacy policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections you may have to a third party, including the government, requesting disclosure of your information.

Business Transfers and Affiliated Companies: In the event of bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. This privacy policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity. We may also disclose information about you to our affiliated companies to assist in providing and understanding our services and to improve them, including providing advertisements.

Public or Non-Personal Information: We may share or disclose your public, aggregated, or non-personal information, such as general user profile information, public messages, people you follow or who follow you, the number of times people interact with a message (e.g., the number of users who clicked on a specific link or voted in a poll in a message), or provide reports to advertisers about unique users who viewed or clicked on their ads after being removed, and any personal information “such as your name or contact information.” Other information, such as your name and username, is always public on first-party services.

Access to and Modification of Your Personal Information
If you are a registered user of our services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access, correct, delete, or modify the personal information you have provided to us and associated with your account. You can download certain account information, including your messages. Please note that search engines and other third parties may retain copies of your public information, such as user profile information and public messages.

Our Global Operations
As outlined in this privacy policy, we may share information with our affiliated companies and third parties, and you may be required to disclose information in response to acceptable government requests, including under law enforcement requirements or national security requirements.

Changes to This Policy
We may review this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version of the policy governing our use of your information will always be on the first-party website under the Privacy Policy/Privacy Policy heading. By continuing to access or use the services after these changes become effective, you agree to comply with the revised privacy policy.
